“It had been over a decade long battle financially, mentally, and physically as 2019 came to a close. During this period, feelings of despair, anger, frustration, and worthlessness crept into the fabric of our familial relationships due to the extenuating circumstances we were experiencing. There were many tears and many more hurtful words and actions expressed during this time. Always wondering, “how long God must we endure this struggle and why?” Despite our unfaithful heart, God continued to remind us that He had a plan to rescue our family that obviously we did not see nor even believed could be true. Undeservedly, Jesus graciously covered us with His love through living life with members of our dear Trinity family and longtime friends that brought us much needed hope and restoration. In 2020, as Covid 19 rocked our normal rhythms and affected so many physically and economically, God showered His blessings again on our family and saved us from what could have been a very disastrous outcome having been a business owner. Through His almighty ways, God allowed us to transition out of the business(just as the pandemic hit the county), pulled us out of an insurmountable financial hole, and restored our hearts and relationships to understand and experience His infinite grace, mercy, and love. Now despite all that is going on around us, each day for our family is a faithful pointer to what Jesus has done for us and that He is, will, and continue to “Do it again”(saving and rescuing His children). We still shed many tears, but now they are filled with thanksgiving, humility, surrender, and love for our God who truly saved and rescued our family. God is Good!”

These lyrics from “Do It Again” brought much comfort during and still reminds us of His faithfulness

I know the night won’t last. Your Word will come to pass. My heart will sing Your praise again. Jesus You’re still enough. Keep me within Your love. My heart will sing Your praise again. Your promise still stands. Great is Your faithfulness. I’m still in Your hands. This is my confidence. You never failed me yet and I’ll see you do it again!
